Triple Tiered Z (TTZ) Introduction

The TTZ Outline & document comprise my effort at describing the obvious relationships between departments in a typical organization. I finally wrote it down because I got tired of explaining it in my consulting practice. The power of this document is not in the obvious linking of the various functions into a single chain from Concept to Collections. Its power lies in the interactional implications of this linking. First, we will introduce the document and the structure of the document, and then we will discuss the interrelationships implied by this document.
